Virtual Branch Versatility
Use Virtual Branch to review account balance and history, transfer funds (normal exclusions apply), review and change scheduled transfers, view transfer history, make loan payments and loan advances.
Virtual Branch’s Account Balance features tell you the account number and account type of the accounts you are using with Virtual Branch. When you select an account from the list, you get the available and actual balance for the account.
The Account History feature enables you to review account histories that Secured Advantage maintains for each account.
Virtual Branch’s Account Transfer feature offers three flexible types of transfers:
A transfer is attempted immediately. You are notified if the transfer is successful while you are online.
This type of transfer is made on the date that you specify.
An automatic transfer is one that occurs as often and as many times as you specify.
Use Virtual Branch to change your security codes, add or delete an account, establish or change pass-phrase information, and create a personalized log-on ID. Personal options can be used to change your personal data on the service; however, please notify Secured Advantage FCU directly of any changes to your name, address or phone number.
